Emergency Crowdfunding campaign to break social isolation in young people

We cannot yet completely understand all the repercussions of COVID-19. What we do know, however, is that thousands of vulnerable children find themselves more isolated than ever, deprived of people of confidence and the support they need. Their mental and physical health is compromised, and they risk becoming the ‘forgotten ones’ of this crisis.

Every day, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal works to maintain the precious mentoring relationship youth desperately need to overcome this period of adversity. Moreover, we have been adapting our service and work methods to better respond to the new realities caused by the pandemic.

While the number of youth in need increases, our financial resources are depleting. Today, more than ever, your support is necessary.

14 of Québec’s Big Brothers Big Sisters organisations have allied to launch this emergency crowdfunding fundraiser and, in turn, combat social isolation in youth. This initiative will particularly benefit from the support of the Government of Québec’s Mille et UN Fund for Young People, by doubling every donation made! *

Donate today and share our crowdfunding campaign to help youth ignite their potential!
