1200 Hours of Mentorship to Transform Lives: Our December 2024 Campaign<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This December, a month symbolizing sharing and generosity, we are launching the initiative \u00ab\u00a01200 Hours of Mentorship \u2013 Investing in the Full Potential of Youth.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>
By December 31, our goal is to raise $25,000 to provide 1,200 hours of mentorship to marginalized youth facing adversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the support of the Fonds Mille et Un pour la Jeunesse<\/a>, if we reach our goal, every dollar donated will be matched, doubling the impact of every contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past three years, family requests for mentorship have skyrocketed, especially for neurodivergent youth, those from marginalized communities, and those facing mental health challenges or social exclusion. In response, BBBS Greater Montreal provides tailored mentorship services that foster resilience, self-confidence, and academic perseverance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This campaign also emphasizes diversity and inclusion, focusing on youth with high potential, from Black, Indigenous, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and those in the child protection system. Thanks to community partners like Haut Potentiel Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong><\/a>, this campaign will help develop programs tailored to the unique needs of youth who often face additional challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Each hour of mentorship gives a young person the chance to build confidence and resilience. Every donation matters because behind every hour of mentorship are moments of connection, listening, and support that transform lives.
